Here is some truck photos I recently took in Mombasa, Kenya starting with two new IVECO ASTRA(6x6, 560HP, I think they are HD8 66.56 models and arrived Africa in March,They will be put to use attached to one our 14x3, 470MT TIANDI hydraulic modular trailers transporting some Wartsila diesel engines in the middle of 2010." Jeff has found an 'retired' Tractomas! How on earth did it get there and who ran it?. The reg number appears to be K88 747R ring any bells?
Now Jeff says: " A very old Mercedes, but still working! In Mombasa you can still see a lot of old trucks on road!"
"There were six of these units 'in stock' Kamaz(360 Turbo, 460hp)!"
And another close up of the Atra. Jeff says: "I've taken some Mack photos from Bahrain also, but they're in our engineer's camera! If you like I will get them to you also when our engineer returns from Malaysia." And the answer is yes please Jeff!
